Orders are sent via a pallet network system and all of the drivers use a Tail-Lift and Pallet truck, which means they can safely unload your delivery to the kerb side.

 

Please notify us of any delivery restrictions on placing the order as failed deliveries will be chargeable.

The vast majority of orders are delivered within timescales, however sometimes delays can occur, due to events beyond our control. If this happens, either a member of our team or the courier will call to advise of the delay and to rearrange the delivery.
