Returns Policy

Kuci Design are extremely customer focused and we like nothing more than happy customers sharing images of our stunning brick slips of their finished projects and for this reason we are happy to accept returns, with the following conditions

Reasons for return

​

Over Ordered

We are happy to help and check your measurements prior to order, but if you do have over order, we are happy to take these back. 

​

I've changed my mind. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your finished wall(s), so give us a call and we can discuss your requirements to see if we have alternative products you would like to swap your original order for. 

As per your rights (clause 4) you also have a 14 day cooling off period. As long as the products haven't been used these can be returned to us, but must be returned to us within 30 days

They don't look like the website. 

All the images on the website have been provided by happy customers, but the mortar used can alter the finished look. Please contact us if you need any advice on the mortar to use with your brick slips

We offer a sample service and would always advise customers to use this service if in doubt,  so they can use both the samples and the images to ensure the product meets any requirements they might have

Cancelling the order

 

As per your Consumer Cancellation Rights, any orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without incurring any costs. Please contact us immediately to notify us of your wish to cancel and as long as the product hasn't been dispatched we will refund without deductions

Refund deductions

​

Once we have received your products back to our warehouse we will check over the products and process the refund with the following deductions.

 

1. Original delivery costs will not be refunded

2. Any collections charges incurred by Kuci Design will be deducted from the refund.

 - You can arrange return yourself but the items must arrive back to us in condition to be resold. We always strongly advise customers to return products via pallet haulier, so they are stationary and secured during transit

3. A restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund

Damaged Products

​

Its vitally important that you check your order on arrival and you notify us within 24 hours with supporting images.

 

Therefore wherever possible please either

- check your order whilst the delivery driver is present. 

If this is not possible or the driver is unable to wait please sign for with the caveat of 'unchecked'.

 

Please be aware if you sign for the order without first checking or including the caveat of 'unchecked', you are accepting the order and the Haulier will not accept responsibility for any transit damages, as these could have occurred post delivery (for example moving them from the pallet to the house)

If in the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged ordered, we will provide replacements within 48 working hours, (though we will strive for 24 hours
