2.1. Terms and conditions apply to use of the website owned by Kuci Design. (www.KuciDesign.co.uk)
2.2. Items used and displayed including but not limited to text, photographs, artwork, software, graphics, illustrations, video, music and sound, names, logos and trademarks are the property of Kuci Design Limited or its affiliates, or Partners or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
2.3. All product images shown are not to scale and the products you receive may vary slightly in appearance.
2.4. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of Kuci Design Limited or the appropriate affiliate.
2.5. Neither Kuci Design Limited nor its affiliates endorse or are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the 'Service' or the sites.

Kuci Design Limited, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the 'Service' and the information available on the 'Service' or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any

2.12. All images on the website are either genuine customer images or images taken by Kuci Design in order to illustrate what can be
achieved using the products available from our website
12.1.1. Brick slip images. In order to achieve the same look, you will need to consider such things as, but not limited to, lighting
(both natural and unnatural), the fitting, the colour of the mortar and the style of pointing used. If you are unsure of the colour or style
we strongly recommend ordering a sample in advance of larger orders.
3.1. To purchase from our website you must be over 18 and a resident in the United Kingdom.
3.2. We only ship online orders to locations within the United Kingdom. (For orders from outside the UK please contact us directly via email or telephone to discuss further)
3.3. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto hauliers).
3.3.1. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to us directly.
3.4. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made 3.5. Contact will be made via email or telephone to confirm dispatch and delivery dates.
3.6. Once the a delivery date has been agreed and the order dispatched, if the customer is not at the premises to accept the goods, any additional costs to attempt re-delivery will be met by the customer.
3.7. Full payment for goods and delivery is required prior to dispatch
3.8. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions accepted
3.9. VAT will be charged additionally on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 20%.
3.10. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the correct email address of the recipient
4.1. Customers can specify the day you would like to receive their order by clicking on, 'NOTE TO SELLER' on checkout or contacting the Kuci Design Customer Services Team directly
4.1.1. The earliest you will be able to receive your goods is 2 working days from the purchase date.
4.2. Delivery prices start:
4.2.1. Brick slips delivery prices start from £39.50.
4.2.2. Furniture delivery prices start from £29.50.
4.2.3. Delivery prices for Home Accessories start from £8.99.
4.2.4. Lighting prices start from £8.99
4.3. All prices will vary depending on your postcode and Kuci Design reserve the right to increase delivery costs for large or multi item orders.
4.4. All goods shall be delivered Monday-Friday between 9am & 5pm and need to be checked and signed for on receipt by the purchaser (or a named individual allocated in writing by the purchaser) – Weekend and timed delivery options are available at additional cost
4.4.1. For Parcel delivery you will be sent an email and/or text on the day of delivery with a 1 hour window slot and link to change this if not convenient.
4.4.2. For Haulier/Pallet delivery a 2 hour window can be provided on the day of the delivery. Please contact us on or 0333 577 2015 on the day of delivery to obtain this if required
4.5. The Buyer shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
4.6. Kuci Design cannot be held liable for any costs incurred through failure to, or late delivery of our products by 3rd party delivery,
4.7. All pallet deliveries will be kerbside and its the customers responsibility to arrange for these to be taken into the property
4.8. The Buyer must check the goods on delivery and notify the Seller of any loss or damage to the Goods within 24 hours of delivery and the Goods shall be either held by the Buyer for inspection by the Seller or returned to the Seller at the express instruction of the Seller. If returned the Goods must be in their original packaging.
5. Acceptance of the Goods
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Kuci Design. It is our aim to offer you quality products at outstanding value for money.
5.1. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed
5.1.1. The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods 24 hours after delivery to the Buyer. After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract. All discrepancies, including damages and shortages, must be reported to the Seller within 24 hours on receipt of the order. Credits and refunds will not be offered after 24 hours.
5.2. The Buyer must check all boxes for damage before signed for/accepting the pallet. If this is not possible, please sign for as 'unchecked'. If pallet/goods appear to be damaged at point of delivery, mark as 'damaged' when signing for the goods. A picture will also be necessary. Kuci Design will not accept claims for goods damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.
5.3. Returns Policy
5.3.1. Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Goods received back for return or exchange outside of these Conditions may be accepted at the discretion of the Company, refunds may then be made as a credit for use with the Company.
5.3.2. Parcels can be returned at your own cost, though we strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse, and that you arrange appropriate insurance. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
5.3.3. Orders can be returned, however in order to receive a full product refund the brick slips must be of the condition to be resold. The original delivery cost will not be refunded.
5.3.4. Alternatively we can arrange for collection, however the cost of the return will be deducted from the final refund
5.3.5. Kuci Design cannot be held liable for the loss of returned goods arranged by the customer. We recommend using a signed for service for returns to avoid any possible disappointment. Please make sure you keep your returns receipt as your proof of postage as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please call our Customer Services team for further assistance on 0333 577 2015 or email email@example.com.
5.3.6.No goods delivered to the Buyer which are in accordance with the conditions will be accepted for return without the prior written approval of the Seller in accordance with the Sellers returns authorisation procedure and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of the Seller.
5.3.7.If the Seller agrees to accept any such Goods for return, the Buyer shall be liable to pay a handling charge to cover the cost of the original delivery and the return, which is at the Seller’s discretion. If the buyer would prefer to arrange for the return of the goods, then they must be returned carriage paid, to the Seller in their original packaging.
5.3.8. Kuci Design have the right to charge a restocking charge for Brick Slip returns up to 25% of the original purchase.
*Please note that samples are available for all brick slips to ensure that consumers are happy with the style, colour and texture of the product prior to ordering larger volumes. If you choose to purchase a larger volume without purchasing a sample then the full restocking charge will be applied to compensate us for the warehousing and administration costs, and the potential wear and tear that can occur after multiple transits.
5.3.9. If a customer receives free delivery due to order size, but then makes a request to return, the original delivery and return delivery costs will be deducted from the refund
6.1. Our online store uses the either the Stripe or Paypal checkout gateways.
6.2. Payment can be made via Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards
6.3. All payments will be taken in UK Pound Sterling
6.4. We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
6.5. Kuci Design do not store customers debit and credit card information

7. Business Customers
7.1. If the goods are intended for use for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods.
7.2. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
