Brick slips delivery prices start from £40.50.
Furniture delivery prices start from £29.50.
Delivery prices for Home Accessories start from £8.99.
Lighting prices start from £8.99
All prices will vary depending on your postcode and Kuci Design reserve the right to increase delivery costs for both large or multi item orders.

All goods shall be delivered Monday-Friday between 9am & 5pm and need to be checked and signed for on receipt. Weekend and/or timed delivery options are available, but subject to additional cost
We cannot be held responsible for any damage after confirmed receipt of goods.
For Parcel delivery you will be sent an email and/or text on the day of delivery with a 1 hour window slot and link to change this if not convenient.
For Haulier/Pallet delivery a 2 hour window should be provided on the day of the delivery, via text or email. If you do not receive this, please contact us and we can obtain this from the Haulier
Delivery Terms and Conditions
The Buyer shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. For pallet delivers, if a date has been agreed with the customer, but on arrival no one is there to accept delivery, any re delivery will be chargable to the customer
The Buyer must notify the Seller of any loss or damage to the Goods within 24 hours of delivery and the Goods shall be either held by the Buyer for inspection by the Seller or returned to the Seller at the express instruction of the Seller. If returned, the Goods must be in their original packaging.
Acceptance of the Goods
If you are unable to check the goods during delivery or the driver is unable to wait, please add this to the delivery note when signing.
The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 24 hours after delivery to the buyer. After acceptance the buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract. In the unlikely event of experiencing an issue, all discrepancies, including damages and shortages, must be reported to the Seller within 24 hours on receipt of the order. Credits and refunds will not be offered after 24 hours.
If pallet/goods appear to be damaged at point of delivery, mark as 'damaged' when signing for the goods. A picture will also be necessary. Kuci Design will not accept claims for goods damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.
No goods delivered to the Buyer which are in accordance with the conditions will be accepted for return without the prior written approval of the Seller in accordance with the Sellers returns authorisation procedure and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of the Seller.
If the Seller agrees to accept any such Goods for return, the Buyer shall be liable to pay a handling charge to cover the cost of the original delivery and the return, which is at the Seller’s discretion. If the buyer would prefer to arrange for the return of the goods, then they must be returned carriage paid, to the Seller in their original packaging.
