Transport and Covid-19 Update -

We have always been very proud of the fact that orders are delivered quickly, with even the Economy orders delivered to the customers within 3 working days. However due to the current challenges in the transport industry caused by a large increase in freight and a shortage of drivers a small number of deliveries are now taking between 1-2 days longer.

If a slight delay in delivery is likely to be a problem as for instance, you have a tradesman booked to complete the work, then we strongly suggest using the premium delivery service.

Covid - 19


We are doing everything we can to keep business running whilst ensuring we keep to strict government guidelines.

Orders are being taken online and over the phone, with deliveries being made for both samples and larger brick slip orders.

In order to ensure our team stay safe and so we can keep operations running smoothly we will be running a reduced office & warehouse based policy, however the phones will remain open between 9am and 7pm for advice and queries. This will not affect your ability to order online which as always can be made 24 x 7 

At times, phone or email enquiries may take longer to answer, so please bear with us, we will answer all enquiries as fast as we can. 

We have ensured we are holding large stocks of all our products, especially brick slips , with new stock arriving frequently, to ensure we can keep customers supplied, so they can continue with DIY to occupy the mind in these uncertain and worrying times. 

If anything changes, we will let you know as soon as we can


To ensure we keep our staff, customers and the wider community safe we have instituted the following to help combat the spread of Covid-19:


  • All warehouse staff are strictly adhering to a clean hands policy

  • All warehouse staff are strictly adhering to the 2m distance policy

  • All warehouse staff will self isolate if showing any of the symptoms highlighted by the government

  • Elevating our highly robust hygiene practices - paying extra attention to all touched surfaces, hand washing and sanitising 

  • Our courier network is ensuring where possible they will operate non-contact deliveries

  • Hauliers are delivering without the need for signature, but will take pictures of the product on delivery as proof of delivery

Unfortunately our showroom has again closed until the 2nd December, as per government policy to ensure we keep staff and customers safe, though paying over the phone and collection from outside the warehouse is an option.
